The customer service of the employees were great. The time frame for which the repairs took were horrible. It took 22 days for me to receive my car back which my damages weren’t that great. Both my insurance company and caliber blamed each other on the reasons it was taking so long. I will think twice before coming back. My car looks great but time is money in my case. Thanks

Jessica was being helpful! Any issues that came up with my vehicle she handled without hesitation. It took a little longer than expected but it was with the wait! My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, very happy!. Thank you very much Jessica and the rest of the team for making this a pleasurable experience.

My 2020 GMC Truck was damaged in a recent storm. The service was excellent at the Olive Branch location. There was a back order for the parts needed to repair my truck. The service technician (Wendi Ingram) kept me informed daily about progress made on repairs .She went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met.
