Someone told my mother in law, when she picked up my car that there were already scratches on the side that was hit and they were NOT already there. That was damage done in the accident. Then someone cut a piece of my bumper off because it was already cracked and they did not even ask if they could cut it! I am very unsatisfied! I need this rectified immediately!
