The local branch communication was amazing. They accommodated me even though there was a glitch in the scheduling system. They communicated updates via text so I was not sitting here wondering what was going on or having to call the shop. They even completed the job 2 days earlier than expected. Great repair. Great shop. Great location.

Great work. Son had been a victim of a hit and run about a year previously on the other side of the vehicle. Crash Champions did the work....disappointing. It didn't look as well done as what Caliber did. And there were still mechanical issues that Crash Campions failed to resolve even after sending it back.

Very happy with the work done. I would recommend Caliber to anyone. Sad that could not get vehicle scheduled at the location closer to my home. But it all worked out.
