I was very satisfied with the repairs that were done on my trailblazers Jessie was great at keeping me updated on the progress everyone was so nice and helpful they had my car done in the timeframe he told me it would be done If you need car repairs done I highly recommend them they did a great job! I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work. I have used Caliber Olive Branch sine the shop opened at least 6 times. The quality is work and the professional staff and technicians have made me a loyal customer. No one expects to have a wreck but I have always used them and will continue to do so. The reason I was not completely satisfied is the length of time my pickup was in the shop. The work was completed exactly 3 weeks after the promised completion date. Some damage was discovered during the repair which I fully understand. I received text messages several times per week that kept extending the completion date. I did receive an apology and an explanation. But for the delay I would have given Caliber my highest rating.
