For the most part, it was pleasant. However, on my pick up date, I was told by administration that they “usually closed @ 5 PM”. When I inquired that the website showed 5:30 PM, the above was reiterated to me. Truthfully, this shook me a bit, but I was gonna do whatever what necessary to get there. However, after that call ended, Jacob called me back [about 2-3 minutes later] to inform me that someone would be there to assist me, if I needed more time to arrive. This helped me to relax a little more. He explained the situation and assured me that whatever extra time I needed was fine.
