hello. from the moment that we walked in to the moment that he said Good morning how are you doing Miss Harris. I felt a little special. keep in mind the insurance was going to pay for this so it didn't matter to me but for him to go the extra mile of making me feel comfortable and talking to me about the repairs just did something for me. I just want to comment on what a wonderful job Andrew did. usually when it comes to the vehicle I usually say it's the white truck and that's it. he understood the assignment, I do not drive this vehicle all the time. it's primarily driven by my husband. but he didn't make me feel like I was just a simple female and didn't know what to do he explained to me the name of the truck and the make and model and what was going to be happening. he did not dum-dum it down he just made it clear to understand. trust me females truly appreciate that. I know I did.

I gave them a 10 because I’ve used several repair shops in the past that didn’t follow through on what they promised, but your team truly went above and beyond. They kept me informed every step of the way and even handled the insurance company on my behalf, which was a huge help since I had been having a difficult time with them from the start. The Suburban looks amazing—just like it did when we first bought it a few months ago. They even went the extra mile by detailing both the inside and outside of the vehicle. The best part was that I had just undergone surgery, and they were able to get the car back to us a week earlier than expected, which made a big difference with comfort and leg room. I’m very grateful for the outstanding experience I had with your shop.

Andrew Brown was fabulous. He went way above and beyond to make certain everything was done quickly and to perfection. Hopefully I won't have anyone else run into my automobile but if I do I know exactly who I'm going to use for my repairs!
