The service was phenomenal! Being involved in a collision is a stressful and traumatic experience, but our Service Advisor, Jessica Karmell, made sure we clearly understood the repair process and made the experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. Jessica inspected the damage, discussed the repairs that were obviously needed, and advised me of other potential issues that may be uncovered. She set my expectations regarding the repair time and cost and answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in the hands of professionals. I received frequent SMS updates though out the process (my preferred method of communication), which gave me confidence and piece of mind. My repairs were completed about 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Jessica walked me through all of the repair and paperwork as well as a physical inspection of the vehicle. The work they did was perfect. My vehicle looked as good as new, and has been performing perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received and I’ve already recommended their shop to one of my neighbors who was in a minor accident.
