I was not notified that there was a non genuine part put on vehicle. I specifically told the person who checked me in to let me know if there was a problem with the insurance, putting a genuine part in. I have to come back in to get a few little touchups on the vehicle where there were some dings put on it while in your shop.

Had the car for over two weeks for a very minor job. Could have given us the car back while you waited for parts and had us bring it back when you were ready to do the repair. At one point you told us the car would be ready on Wednesday only to call us Thursday saying it would be the next week because the air compressor was down for two days. It was last minute communication and bad planning the whole time. Not impressed

Everyone I talked with at Caliber Collision, as well as me continually calling, everyone treated me with such respect. They understood that the issues of not being able to continue with my repairs in the beginning were not my fault and it was my insurance's issue. I am so happy that they continued to work on the vehicle while Progressive was able to make their verification and then approve the damage repairs. The whole experience with the whole team that I talked with and worked with were amazing, and I am going to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs.

In the past I've sent most of the company cars to Olympia autobody. This was my most recent experience with caliber (the last was with the caliber collision in Lacey 10+ years ago) and I'll choose a different shop next time.

There's over spray on my bumper, granted the paint isn't peeling off this time. The body panels mostly line up however I haven't had a chance to inspect anything beyond simple external cosmetics.
