Front desk person was super nice and very helpful but when they share that anything less than a 10 is a fail and gives you a cheat sheet on how to respond in the survey it is really off putting. As someone who does evaluation this is super bias to tell a person taking good a survey how to rrespond.please do no call me to follow up with my survey responses

Great overall experience, repairs done professionally, friendly staff. Kept me informed at each step in the repair process. One small thing - not an issue, though - double check that car interior is clean before returning the car back to the customer. Remove any protective paper and check for smudges on the plastic panels inside the vehicle. I would highly recommend this company.
