I have so much appreciation and gratitude for how the staff of Caliber Collision treated me during the the extremely stressful and difficult time that I was facing with the insurance company of the at fault driver who rear ended my vehicle (Progressive). When I would call to ask questions or ask for more information I was always met with kindness and compassion and provided resources which were beyond helpful. Jessica and Debben are invaluable and were amazing during this difficult period. They were so kind and had so much patience during my frantic phone calls when I was facing losing my car from Progressive “total loss” chaos. The car work that was done to correct the damage caused to my vehicle is GORGEOUS and I’m so thankful. I want to give a HUGE thank you to the team that performed that job! I’m very happy and grateful for the services that were given and everyone deserves raises!
