Calling I was on hold for awhile then a different person came on. Maybe you got busy? I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged the first time I came in, so I went to the guest setting area and waited. Then I was called that my car is done and I can come before 5pm, my car wasn’t ready it was in line to be washed so I took my grand babies out for a early dinner and returned about 4:15-4:30pm my car was still not ready she apologized for giving me the wrong time, by that time.
