I am very impressed and had a great experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The staff there is very exceptional and generous. Brian explained everything clearly, handled the insurance process smoothly, and delivered high-quality repairs to my Dodge Durango to make it look brand new again. The whole team was professional and easy to work with. Moon roof glass was repaired, but the roof electronics were messed up afterwards and now it doesn’t open. A lot of repainting was done, but a very obvious spot was missed. Now I need to take my car back in to get it fixed again.

Repairs look good however I had to go back after I picked up the vehicle because my vehicle was intermittently turning off when I would slow to a stop. Not all of the time just four times over a four day. Period. Turned out it was due to the fact that they did not get the battery cable back on the battery terminal. It was just sitting at top not tightened down so when I would hit a bump, it would cause the system to power off. Glad this did not happen at 70 mph.

Everything looks great and aligned like it was from the factory. Had many updates about the progress of my vehicle's repair and getting picked up and being able to drop off my rental at the shop was super convenient and helpful. Only reason it isnt a 10 is fue to not exactly knowing why my vehicle was taking so long to be done until I called. Jessica who was my rep there was also very nice and helpful as well in person!
