Caliber collision did an excellent job on our vehicle. No complaints about the work. Our only issue was delays in scheduling and completion of the work. They were very communicative of the delays once the work began, for that we appreciate them and would use them again.

My complaint is NOT with Caliber. It appears all repairs were well done. My complaint is the amount of time it took… which I’m sure was for reasons beyond Caliber’s control. Our national economy is a mess… predictably… Small businesses in particular have been hard hit by anti-business policies. The sad part is that it was avoidable… But thanks to Caliber for your professional services… from your front desk to your skilled technicians.

It took 7.5 weeks to complete the repairs once we were able to get the car in. It took 10 weeks just to get an appointment to drop the car off for repairs. Non OEM parts were ordered, then OEM parts, and there was a lot of waiting for the techs to work on the car. We got mixed messages during the process about the estimated completion date. Overall frustrating experience

They were willing to take a look at my car to ensure it was safe to drive, before I even decided to choose them to do the repairs. They guided me through the insurance claim process and worked directly with the car rental company.. They kept me updated on the status of repairs and explained the repairs when I arrived to pick it up.. Everyone in this shop was super friendly, helpful, and got the job done exactly as they said they would. Outstanding group of people!! I highly recommend them!!
