Communication was extremely poor. Five instances where calls were not returned (after multiple days. We were given multiple completion dates. When those were not met there was no Communication about what was causing the delay. A two week repair was finished in just under four months.

Tyler was awesome from beginning to end. He was very open about the possibility that parts may take longer to come in due to supply chain issues. My car looks brand new, and I am so impressed with the job they did. Thank you!!

The customer service was amazing. It is an unfortunate time where there are delays and staffing challenges for everyone regardless of the industry that you work in. My situation was no different and the team went above and beyond to assure my repairs were completed and at high quality. I was extremely concerned over the rental car but being covered through insurance but again Jeff and Brandon were amazing and made sure I was taken care of. In addition I believe her name was Kayla and she was kind and professional at all times…even when I was crabby about the delays. The job was impeccable and there are no residual signs my car was in an accident. Great job!!

Great customer service all the way around.. They were able to fit my Jeep in for repair amongst all of the other work that there we doing. Their system of texting with updates worked well with follow up calls. The re-painting to restore my rig looked great and the customary detailing / wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise. It did take a few weeks to get my vehicle, and while gas is high caliber, to know fault of there own. So this did add to our monthly expenses when it came to gas prices for our rental car.

The repair on my truck looks great and even went the extra step to clean my vehicle inside and out looking detailed! Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. No problems throughout process. I would recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends!
