I was absolutely thrilled with the service at Calibur Collision. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was given a courtesy look at my car, even though I didn't have an appointment. When I chose to use this facility, again very friendly people and helpful explaining everything that would be done. They said it might take 4 days,and they hit it done in two!!! It looked like they swapped out my car for a brand new one !!! So delighted and I have been telling all my friends. Great job everyone!!!

Repair work was great!! Customer service was below average. Repairs were $2000 more than quoted and took over a month longer than quoted. I had to provide the hood as one could not be located by repair shop. Once I provided the hood on Tuesday, I was told it would be done by Friday. I called mid day Friday to arrange pick, but I was told that because another customer complained more they were going to finish that car and mine had to wait till Monday. Clerk at the front was very apologetic for what happened.

People were friendly, parts took nearly a month and half to come. I think the folks tried their hardest BUT it was five separate “estimated” time delays that was a bit upsetting.
