Tyler and gang did a great job. They were knowledgeable, competent and did their best to be sure my 89 year old mother understood the cost and schedule for her repair. I was pleased with the finished job. A big thank you to them, and I will recommend Caliber of Olympia to all my friends.

The system that sent me text messages with a promised finish date is deeply flawed. It sets up false expectations which were mostly not accurate. The completion date was changed five times, in my case. And this is NOT about parts that are hard or take longer to obtain. This is about setting expectations with customers. I’d have preferred to have been given a more accurate completion date further out than received five broken promises.

Good communication during the process, completed work looks excellent. Thank you. Some of the colored marks on the vehicle showing damage to the paint unrelated to the accident remained when we got home, however, so a bit more care on the final wash would be appreciated. But it was lovely getting a clean car back! 😄

The repair is good, but the car was returned to me with residue from the circled dings still apparent on the paint. That is disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional.
