Superb and professional from the start! They even gave me a ride to the car rental place when I dropped off my car. Usually I am good about removing valuables from my vehicle before leaving it in a shop, but there were a few things I didn’t have time to get out. Even after the detailing, everything was just as I had left it except for two crystals. I immediately informed Kayla that they were missing (late on a Friday) and Monday morning she called with the wonderful news that they had recovered my crystals and I was able to get them back! Everyone in the office is super courteous and really makes you feel like you’re valued as a customer.

My hinge went out on my door damaging the door beyond repair. I was going to have to pay our of pocket for my repairs. I contacted several different repair shops. I settled on Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision worked with me so I could split up the work. They are friendly polite and did great work.

The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable price. You can't ask for much more than that. I will definitely recommend caliber collision to anyone who I come across who needs body work done. On a scale of 1 to 10 you guys were about 1,000.

The repair shop was not good about communicating the timeline for my repairs to be completed in response to delays with their subcontractors. Furthermore, the products they used to detail the interior of my car were unpleasantly overwhelming. I believe that there are paint scuffs on the exterior of the car that were not present prior to the repairs, there are blotches of white dust in ther interior of the car, and sticky residue mf several places of the exterior paint. I would tell anyone to avoid this shop to anyone. My car should have been returned in a better state than when it was dropped off with regard to the non-repaired areas.

The staff at caliber were exceptional. Friendly, cheerful, as well as professional. Not to mention that the did a great job on my car!!!! 5 + stars for the Olympia, Wa. Caliber Collision!!!!
