Customer service overall was beyond a 10. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I do want to mention that one of the quotes I received had a math error on it, which I was able to get corrected, but if I hadn’t caught it I would have paid an extra $300 or so. :o

The quality of repair is great. They did a great job and they even detailed and washed the car. The customer service was a10. Everyone had a pleasant smile. They were on point and there was no delay. No, when I picked it up the vehicle was completely done. I would recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and families. I picked up my car the day before the real pick up date. Thank you so much

Caliber is awesome! It’s have worked with other companies over the years, and they left those in the dust! Everyone was super nice and professional, the car got fixed well before estimates, and they made getting the rental car back easier than easy.
