Jeff the sales manager was very professional & everything happened the way he said it would. I understand that the painter was a gentleman name Alex. He did a superior job on the paint & the color matched perfectly. Can't tell that there was ever any damage. Last but not least Teresa the receptionist was so pleasant & fun to talk to while I waited in the lounge. She asked if I needed anything & got and got me a bottle of water. I'm glad Caliber was recommended to me. If I ever need any kind of body work I will definitely come back to Caliber & I tell my friends to do so also.

Caliber was incredibly kind, considerate and tentative to my needs. I had dealt with attempted theft and they were incredibly professional in handling my car as well as diligent. My favorite part of the experience was their communication. I received text updates about every day or so updating me on the status of the parts being ordered and estimated time of completion. Overall, I would highly recommend Caliber collision to anyone.
