The only reason I didn’t rate this a 10 is because it appears there was a brand new windshield wiper canister installed in the vehicle, but there was no windshield wiper fluid in it for me to even test it to see if it worked. It would’ve been a nice touch to have windshield wiper fluid in there at least a little so that I could make sure that it worked.

Our Civic looks great after PDR work and hood replacement. Painting of hood blends in fine.

Staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We did experience an issue with someone not pushing the button on computer to process claim so there was a delay in being able to get repair scheduled. Explanation was fillin help must have not processed correctly.
