Hi I'm Richard Harvat, and I'm telling the world how great this place is! You go on line schedule appt, very user friendly! Secondly you show up to drop of vehicle, and you get a warm sincere greeting, every employee I saw during drop off had smiles and very friendly! Then while my truck was in for repair, they kept in touch giving me updates, so awesome! Finally my pickup time arrived, I was met with the same smiling faces! A huge thank you was given! I will take my vehicle to calibers everytime! Thanks once again Rex for taking care of me and my truck!

I've never seen so many fish eyes, high spots, debris in paint before. The hood is still creased, the fender is still bent with a gap, glass and tape are still under the hood. It looks like it was scuffed then painted over. As if the primer wasn't filling the low spots then sanded smooth for paint application. I can still see the bumper spots on the side where paint was missing. And the drivers quarter didnt have damage so I'm wondering why it was repainted in the first place. So now the drivers quarter has fish eyes and debris in it. I've talked to insurance and they agree that I will be bringing it back to be fixed the right way.

I sure wish someone hadn’t changed lanes right into the side of our car but working with Caliber was great. The car looks good as new now, communication was great and we would definitely recommend Caliber on G Street to anyone needing their car repaired.
