Preston and caliber collision staff were awesome and super helpful and informative. When I got sick for my initial appointment time they were super flexible and understanding. Preston always made sure to communicate with me and explained everything when I came to pick up my vehicle that was done and repaired and what I would be signing. I will definitely return if I need help in the future!

Far beyond my expectations. Superb customer service. From Hannah answering phone to Brian’s going out of his way to help me. Consistent communication. From the first phone call, it was obvious that Brian has a sincere desire to walk me through a very stressful situation. Recently losing losing my husband, being 83 and never in a car wreck whatever the process was going to be was foreign to me. Brian immediately put my fears & anxiety to rest. I am a customer with Caliber for life - as long as I can deal with Brian. Integrity is a rare commodity in itself, but then you add kindness & calm professionalism & you have success.

I have never had to work with insurance companies (my husband of 58 yrs handled). I certainly did not know what to expect, but being quickly thrown into the quagmire & chaos of trying to deal with them, Brian came to my rescue, & held their feet to the fire on my behalf so that I would be covered completely according to my policy. My financial advisor in Texas ( where I’m from) specifically ask me “where did you find him“?in my way of thinking it was a God thing & I am grateful. Hannah & Brian were welcoming, warm & attentive. I can only hope all your facilities compare to this one.
