I am completely satisfied with my recent repair experience. From day one, the staff was very friendly, informative, efficient, and prompt. My car was ready before the estimated date which helped tremendously. My concerns were addressed throughly and promptly. Customer service was great. My car looks amazing like nothing ever happened. I didn’t get a lot of communication from the company about what was happening to my car or what the status of the repair was. I was told that the estimator and repair people would call me when they made decisions or completed things, but I never got the calls. So I ended up having to call them over multiple days to get any sort of information. I think better communication to the customer would make things a lot better for everyone.
