Everyone there was super friendly, very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with all of them. And when I say all of them, I mean from the front desk to a guy named Junior who I worked with and talked with the most super good guy I think he was Management and one of their auto body guys who I got lucky to meet and shake hands with they were all really good people. They even went above and beyond and took care of some other stuff that they didn’t need to so I was very pleased with my experience there hopefully this message gets them a raise or a bonus lol

“I liked the service at Caliber Collision overall, but it took a bit longer than expected. They also forgot to detail my Mazda, and the interior had quite a bit of dust. Additionally, the rear lights had some scratches—although they were polished out, it looks like they may have been over-polished.” Junior did an excellent job, and the receptionist was also very helpful and professional.
