The repairs were very satisfactory. However, the time to repair the vehicle was too long requiring additional rental car costs. Repairs should be scheduled to minimize car rental costs.

They kept me in loop at every stage of the repairs. Everyone that I dealt with at the shop was super nice and courteous. I went back and forth between the rating of 9 or 10 and the only reason was that it seemed expensive (it was over $3.8K which appeared to be a minor bumper repair). But since this is my first time for any body work - so I really don’t know how expensive it gets with others. So to provide the benefit of doubt - I gave them 10 rating. Fortunately for us, insurance picked most of the bill. I was specially impressed with the girl who stayed late on Friday to return my car. And when I arrived there, I saw that she was hand washing the car. These two things are certainly qualify for what I call - “went beyond the normal”. Unfortunately her name eludes me. But I want to express my thanks.
