When I drove up to pick up my car it looked BRAND NEW. So perfect. The staff were soooo friendly and professional!!! They took care of my rental car too. I drove off smiling.

Good people. Nice service crew. Lemme try not to make this sound like a rant but there were a few unfortunate outcomes. Firstly, I still haven't received the car back although I was advised of its readiness today, 2PM. Makes a scraping noise upon right turn. First diagnosis was maybe wrong but was charged for the part. Behind the wheel the service staff observed a disconnected thread joint. Took no ownership of the issue even though it is where the work was performed and obviously reassembled. After having the car in work for three days, this was blaringly not invisible. This shouldn't have been missed. The first part that I was charged for was a new fender liner. Apparently the first was was put back on the car ripped, obviously the rip blaringly not invisible either, but that wasn't deemed a problem until the scraping. A simple test drive and the problem would have been obvious before I was advised of readiness. Lastly, (so far) disappointed that some parts were not obtained that originally quoted, one trim piece is a conspicuously obvious to the damaged fender. Hopefully no more unpcharges. The 4000 and counting cost, far exceeds the cars value. It was just a fender for the most part.

Our service guy Rich was great. Kept me up to date on everything. Truck was fixed very quickly. He even dropped it off after I got home from work so I didn't have to wait another day to get it which was amazing. Repair work was excellent.
