Joe, estimated, was too busy trying to accuse me of including damage not done at accident. he lied about trying to get in touch with me. And very insistant on making a customer feel not so important.

All members of the team were extraordinarily nice, and they covered two days of a rental car for me since the man who hit me was uninsured. That was very much appreciated. Also, when I got the car back, they had cleaned it inside and out. It was so nice to get my car back in new condition.

Joe Sanchez at the Orangvale branch was very helpfull. less than 24 hours after I received my car from the shop it Had a major hybrid part failure. Joe towed the car to the Orangvale shop and ran a diagnostics test to make sure the failure wasn't due to the collision. Hoe then set up an apointment with the dealer for me. excellent service and nice folks in the office. Thanks Orangevale Caliber Colision.
