I had a wonderful experience with every team member I was in contact with. Everyone at the orangevale branch was very friendly knowledgeable and always smiling. The car is absolutely beautiful and looks better than it did before getting into the accident or needing the repairs! The office staff at this particular office is absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about Savannah, the general manager. Meeting her the first time, going into the shop and experiencing her personality, friendliness, smile, and her overall care she exhibits for her customers was incredibly impressive. Her thoughtful communication was very much appreciated through the entire process of my car repairs. I will certainly recommend this office and this Repair shop to anyone who ever needs it!

The work was excellent, again. The only issue that I had was that the reflector that was broken that I had pointed out initially wasn't repaired the first time. I had to bring the car back a second time to get this completed and fixed. I'm taking

The only problem that I had was I did tell the the person doing the initial assessment for the damages that were done to the car that a reflector was broken. When the repair was completed, they did not replace that reflector and I had to go back a second time to get it completed and fixed.

The customer service was excellent. Again, the only issue I had was that they did not replace a broken reflector that I had told them about initially when they did their damage assessment prior to me having the car fixed. When I went to pick up the car the reflector hadn't been replaced so I have to bring it back a second time to get that done.

Great customer service, great car service, great communication. Thomas in particular, with whom I was in communication with, really went above and beyond.
