Rich was who I talked to for the most part, and he was WONDERFUL! Extremely kind and communicative. However, I am a bit concerned about how well my car has been repaired as I just opened the door to my back seat and a lug nut fell out. Walked around and saw one tire missing a lug nut fell

Everyone I interacted with did a wonderful job! Rich was fantastic: he kept me updated during the entire process and I was never wondering what was going on with my repairs. He even went out of his way to advocate for a new windshield with my insurance company. I had issues with a rental car and the manager went to bat for me on that and had the issue solved within 10 minutes. This was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this location again!
