Thanks for fixing the car in a timely fashion and I like the way you guys email people updates on the car when you guys have it that is pretty neat and in my power I will let people know to go to caliber collision to get their car done it's a great place thank you

I would not recommend this location at all. One thing after another caused my repair time to be more than double what i was told originally and I had to pay for my own rental so it was very off putting, especially when the staff current get their story straight on what was going on with my car. One person called and left a voicemail saying it was currently being painted, then i get a call 36 hours later from another that their paint booth “took a shit” and my car hadn’t even been started yet. Also at the very beginning my insurance co reached out to them with pictures and the initial estimate via email as they instructed and the manager still hadnt replied to the email nor phone calls to get me scheduled 2 days later. I should have known then that they didn’t really value my business. And when I picked up my car the manager told me that I would get a survey and that he would recommend that I not answer any of the questions because of all that I went through with my repair. Completely unprofessional.

I had to take it back to have the door adjusted to fit properly. I almost didn’t return because the repair itself took far longer than it should.

The secretary was great. But the man I talked to (as I am power of attorney for Reverend Robert Stash,) on the phone was condescending. He lectured me about allowing Father Robert , for whom I was making the appointment, be allowed to drive. Father Robert is still capable of driving, has been cleared to drive, and it is not the auto repairman's place to judge that. His name is Mike. I shouldn't have to hear that opinion when I am conducting business with a collision establishment. I did not know they were also in the business of handing out unsolicited advice to customers.
