Two weeks and charged my insurance company over eight thousand dollars. After the fourth attempt to pick up my vehicle because of nibs in the paint, additional scratches caused by the repair staff, the paint work is still not right. The shop manager Mel assured me she had the best painter around. When I asked why it looked the way it did she replied "best painter, not a buffer. There are still swirls and scratches visible all along the side of repair. No apologies we're offered by Mel, the shop manager, nothing. Her concern was the 500 dollar deductible and that was it. I can't remember when or if I've ever experienced such a lack of care or poor customer service. I have no idea what to do with the way the vehicle was done.....after missing work, kids practices to be treated like I'm just part of the insurance farm she's running. I just took the vehicle and left, after paying my 500$ deductible of course. Not sure if I involve my lawyer, or the better business bureau over this transaction. Completely dissatisfied!

After 2 weeks and 3 attempts to pick up my truck, it's still not right. I have to take it to another location, get another rental and continue to wait. The first time I got up to highway speed, the accent on the passenger door B pillar blew off. There are still runs, scratches and orange peel in the finish. My truck was covered in dust and to the point of being able to see the outline of the tools they sat in my tonneau cover while 'fixing' it. They sprayed it off with a hose and sent it out. The shop manager Mel, treated me and my business like a wet food stamp. Shoving all the responsibilities off on her younger assistant. He was the only shining point in this entire experience thus far......now almost 4 weeks after the initial meeting, the nightmare continues. The regional manager has made an attempt to correct the issues. So the wait continues. Absolutely abhorrent service from what used to be a great family owned and trusted city business.

The quality of the work was excellent. The customer service was also excellent. I was just disappointed that it took four weeks to complete the job, but I believe that would have been the same anywhere.

Very professional staff! My truck was fixed in a week & a half & they did an excellent job. They even dropped off my truck at my house for me, because I had to work. I would highly recommend them, for any body work needed.
