Great overall services throughout the whole process. One key service that was added for their customers was with Enterprise Rental Car. Getting into and turning-in a rental car was great and stress free. Enterprise delivered the rental car to the customer at the shop and Caliber accepted the return for Enterprise to pickup. This added customer service at the start and at the end was so helpful and considerate.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision when repairing my 2024 Acura Integra Type S. I brought my vehicle in to have the lower portion of the rear fender repaired after being rear-ended. After researching several repair shops and reading positive online reviews, I still felt hesitant, as I’m very particular about who works on my car—I typically handle most work myself whenever possible. However, after meeting with Alvis L. (Estimator), I felt much more confident. He took the time to understand my concerns and recommended replacing the damaged portion rather than repairing it, which I appreciated. His transparency and attention to detail reassured me that my car would be in good hands. True to his word, the work was completed by a highly skilled technician. The rear fender alignment came out perfect—just like factory. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication and daily progress updates. When I received my car back, it was clean and looked fantastic. I’m very pleased with the service provided. Thank you to Caliber Collision, especially Alvis and the technician (whom I didn’t get the chance to meet), for taking such great care of my vehicle.
