Everything was great except the lady at the front that deals with payments. I don’t know her name but you would get five stars without her and 2 1/2 with her. The last time I checked, your company is successful because of your customers. So I would think customer service would be a high priority, but it’s clearly not with people like her working there. Please feel free to contact me for further information. Let’s see how much you care about your customers!!!

The quality of the job was very good. I really appreciated that they cleaned my car inside abs out. Some helpful ideas about my battery But it took over 6 weeks to fix !! Also some disorganization when dropping off and picking up car.

I am blown away with the fantastic service I received as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted by Lisa who was so great! She went above and beyond to get things straightened out with Enterprise for me. Everyone else that I encountered was so friendly. Needed front bumper repainted due ships from small stones was told they usually don’t like to do it and would cost $ 800 to $1000 I thought doing the collision work done rear bumper using same paint would be a good time to do both jobs. Very disappointed
