TJ did an excellent job while my car was at there location. TJ was very thorough with keeping me updated literally twice a week. When I received my car back it looked brand new, Caliber never disappoints me. The GM Obed was beyond amazing he personally called me to provide me an update with my car and made me feel at ease during the waiting period for my car and went above and beyond and delivered my car to me. I am beyond thankful and if I ever need a fix again I will definitely bring my car to the W Colonial location and have TJ take care of my car again!

Absolutely amazing customer service and communication. After a few hiccups in supply chain and sensors. The team was eager to help and put me at ease by giving me daily updates, progress reports, and returning my car to my residence. I would highly recommend and will use their business again if needed. This was my first time there and Liza greet me with a hello. I told her what I was there for and she already had my paperwork ready. TJ did an awesome job fixing and painting the rear bumper of my car and was a very pleasant person to talk to. I give this place a high five on customer service.
