The staff at Caliber Collision were amazing. We had to wait for parts from Kia directly and you all did everything to keep us in the loop every step of the way. Angie went above and beyond to help move things along the entire time.. In addition, Lisa helped us get a rental when our repair took longer than expected. We appreciate everything you all did for our college kid while we were out of state!

I don't live in Florida and I have been contacted by calling caliber several times. I expressed concern that the customer stole my information and is using my identity. Since it was the lazy and easy thing to do my concern was ignored. Now I have to wait for damage to be done to my credit before getting the issue resolved.

Excellent work. We are very pleased with the job!!! TJ managed everything so well. He was very pleasant and polite. We had confidence in the company’s excellent work and management. We were pleased to get text messages and some home phone message to keep us informed person in charge at of progress. He was very polite, and able to answer our questions. The person who managed th front desk was very efficient and had a great attitude and also efficient. Great team!!!
