I am confused. They said they needed to get a new passenger seat because of the airbag sensor but this seat does not look new at all. Other than that, its okay. The airbag light is off now but the seat is not new.

There was no walk through when the car was dropped off to them. Repairs were not made when I showed up to pick up the car, which they said were done.The front bumper was being held by bolts that were visible and the bumper was still separated from the car. They did not replace or remove marks from headlight. I spoke to the manager who asked for photo proof of my accident pictures for the repairs that they were supposed to fix insinuating that I was lieing about what happened in my accident. Very unprofessional and unwilling to be sure their customer was happy with repairs. The only thing different about the car when I picked up is they removed the white paint that was left from the other car when the accident occurred. I asked them not to work on my car any more and I picked it up immediately.
