Service was ok but they don’t have shuttle bus to take me back to home so needed to take my car with driver to my house(not confortable with COVID-19). No update for the fix. I had to call 3 times to check what’s going on. Finally when they come to drop my car (it is gated community and i noticed them) the driver who drove my car didn’t bring drive license. Gate security didn’t let her pass the gate. I had to walk to the gate to get the car. Driver was angry said that will take back to the shop without driver license driving my car. No common sense. Drive customers car without drive license? And the driver was keep telling me that was curtesy to drop the car.That was not point. Work wise it was ok and car was clean

I already had a family member need work done and will recommend them. If other locations operate like this one, I have no doubt the job will get done right and would recommend them too. Regardless, I know where I am going to take my vehicles in the future. They were a preferred provider with my insurance (State Farm), and I can see why. They also guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle and had two options for rental cars if I needed one. With two young children, I needed another van. It was so quick and easy that I was in and out within 15 minutes. Why would I go anywhere else?

The repair job was fantastic. You wouldn't even know that anything happened to the van. The guys in the shop should be commended for the quality of work. They even touched up a scratch that wasn't even part of the original project without any delays. It was like my car was theirs, and they handled it like they would their own vehicle.

The folks at this location treated me like family. Our family had just gone through a rough patch the last few weeks, and they made a difficult situation much easier. I have been to other competitors for paint jobs on other vehicles and even looking for quotes for this job. They were upfront with me from the beginning and made the process very easy. They were fast, friendly and straightforward.

This place is unbelievably amazing!! I initially took my car over to Ford who were not professional, brushed me aside, and just treated me as just another customer, and then never even contacted me back. I saw this brand new Caliber location on a drive, and decided to call them up. I am SOOO glad I did!!! These people from the instant I came inside were empathetic, understanding, concerning, and so sweet. They transferred over my information from Ford/ and Metlife When I turned my car in to be fixed it needed a new bumper, fender and headlight. They gave me OEM parts, and were having trouble getting a good fender in, but kept me in the loop the whole time for any delays! I am so glad they waited for the perfect fender as the car looks even better than it did before my accident. My car looks BRAND new its insane. I believe they even detailed the inside of my car as it is spotless. They did such a great job not only in their work, but their customer service and professionalism is INCREDIBLE. They also follow all current covid19 protocols and take it seriously, like sanitizing my keys as they hand them back to me. If your looking for a place to get your car looking like the day you bought it..take it to Caliber!!!

Angie/Lisa are wonderful ladies that take their time to explain all the details and keep you up to date on the repairs. I met the techs that worked on my car Lester/Carlos they are so kind and treated my car as if it was their own family members car. Sweet Richard made sure my car was spotless. What an amazing team!
