I had a great experience and my service agent, Mikayla Z., was absolutely amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. She also gave me updates over the phone. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. Another service agent assisted me as well when I was picking up my vehicle and was also very kind and knowledgeable. The customer service and staff is great! They were also very fast and efficient, got done in 5 days when they estimated around 2 weeks. My car looks brand new. 10/10 would recommend.

Right from the start, every experience at Caliber was top-notch. The people are great, the intake process, the review of the vehicle's damages, even coordination with Enterprise. I loved receiving regular text updates. My vehicle was also completed ahead of schedule. And lastly, the job itself was pure perfection, to include an unexpected mini-detail. DJ was my tech!
