I visited to get a quote and was told I had to get an on-line AI estimate then make an appointment. This quote was similar to other quotes I had already received. When I brought the car in I was told that quote wasn’t confirmed and the new quote was $1,000 more. The people I dealt with were friendly and polite and the repair was great. But I believe I was scammed on the cost.

The only issues we had was somehow someone at your shop placed a coffee maker in the trunk of my sons car. No clue how it got there or why it is there? Also, there is pretty good scratch/scrape on the front left rim a few inches long. My son does not think he has ever hit a curb, but can’t confirm.

Great overall services throughout the whole process. One key service that was added for their customers was with Enterprise Rental Car. Getting into and turning-in a rental car was great and stress free. Enterprise delivered the rental car to the customer at the shop and Caliber accepted the return for Enterprise to pickup. This added customer service at the start and at the end was so helpful and considerate.
