When it was CAR O VAN it was a better experience I had previously used this location under prior management but the new manager Chris was not willing to cooperate until I insisted and he commented to me â what do you want me to do fall ona swordâ instead of making it right initially and owning the problem he blamed his advisor and his parts department and he was not professional it felt he was a bit abrasive about the whole situation.

Not ready when promised no contact from shop as to updates on status. When arriving work that was supposed to be complete was not. The shop took 3 days to get a light bulb from Mazda and paid for a rental for me this seems like poor operating and surely a waste of $$ for the shop.
