Natalie Velez who is a Service Advisor at Caliber Collision was PHENOMENAL! She made the process of repairing my vehicle easier than I ever imagined it could be. The repair work done on my Mercedes was perfect and the car was spotless when I picked it up - inside and out. I don't think you'll find a better repair shop in the Orlando area.

The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. My vehicle looked absolutely amazing. I want to personally thank Natalie for her outstanding service. She is a credit and a complete asset to this organization. She was always so friendly, happy, and kind with a smile. She made all my interactions pleasant and she gave me knowledge on what to expect before, during, and after repairs.
