My experience with the customer service was exceptional. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a business that puts the Customer needs first and make them feel very comfortable. Dustin explained all the detail that was to be done was super courteous and professional. Also, I received text that described the timeline of my repair and it finished two days prior to the original finish quote date. All in all my experience was exceptional and the team there at the Oswego location was the best customer service I’ve had from any business in months and months thank you to Dustin and his team

Did such a great job and really appreciate working with Florencio...he listens quite well in consideration of the options available for repairs. In my case he was able to coordinate a dent removal company instead of painting our door! It looks like new again!! You guys are great which is why we came back a second time...this time on my wife's car! Thank you again!!!

No issues so far. Been driving the car since we picked up on Monday morning. Car looks brand new again from the outside. Very clean when we got it despite the foot of snow from the weekend. The communication is great as we were getting constant weekly updates of repair status. Car was completed on the day it was estimated to be done.

I was happy with the communication with Caliber, but as far as the work I’m not to happy about The body lines of the truck and door they replace don’t match up well. There is over spray on the trucks rear window. When I picked up there was water in the inside of truck floor due to window not up all the way. This is my baby that I try to keep very clean and I feel that it didn’t get the treatment it deserved.
