I am pleased to say that their reputation lived up to their reviews. Not only did they do quality work on my car but they also kept us informed the entire time the car was in their shop. We were very happy with the service we received at Caliber Collision. We chose them from a list of approved vendors our insurance company provided us. We saw they had great reviews online. The work done was excellent. The only suggestion is communication. The first 4 days text and status of repairs daily. When the work wasn’t completed on expected date then I had to constantly call for updates. I then got a message saying repairs completed and come pick of vehicle 5 hours after I’d already picked up my vehicle. Overall great experience and would recommend services.
