I did not receive a call to say car ready. I called them after the insurance and rental companies called me to advise must turn in rental car. I asked Caliber to check idling of my car which escalated after the accident. No one called back with feedback. I picked up car at end of day and no mention of anything. Therefore I had to call them myself to find out the results.
