It is unfortunate that work initially done was not acceptable and was rejected. However, there is no reason the poor quality of the work could be accented. Heather recognized that and took pictures to document my abjections to the quality of the work. She is commended for her professionalism. In deed I’m very pleased with work, thanks to Heather. I have ordered the reflector and upon receipt, I will bring it to the shop for installation.
