I was satisfied with the work and Heathers communication. I’m disappointed that the ~$15 that was in my console was no longer there when I received my car back. That was trust breaking for me and I may need to consider another shop in the future

I experience the most nasty, rude, racism from the manger. Not only was she not helpful but the way she talk to me was very disrespectful and insulting. I will never return to the Oxon Hill MD location nor would I ever refer anyone.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. Dropping off and picking up my car was seamless. The receptionist was polite and inviting and Maurice explained the process clearly. My car was returned to me very quickly and it looks amazing!

My repairs were done very fast I was kept up to date on the progress of my repairs and when I picked my car up I was offered a cup of ice cream dessert and the staff was wonderful great customer service and my representative walked around my car with me and made sure I was happy with my repairs before he returned my car key they made a bad accident damage a whole lot better for me

Soon as you walk in there’s 2 people at the front desk totally uninterested. I had to speak to them first while they sat there typing as if I wasn’t in front of them. Never received any updates on my vehicle once it was dropped off. Just kept checking the app as my pickup date was getting further away. Nobody told me why my date kept changing never called to say anything. 10 days later the car was ready and it was horrible. They placed an after market bumper on the vehicle that was too small. It was popping in and out like they squeezed it on. I told Maurice (Mo ) it was too small and he just looked at me scratching his head . The other damages from the accident were never addressed. He told me he would order a new bumper to wait a few days . 4 days later the car was finally fixed properly. The only thing you people did well was vacuum the car . I will never in life come back to this Oxon Hill location.

Service was great! Very professional, courteous, detailed explanation of all repairs and regular updates, punctual, great attention to detail. All staff at reception were great. I’d like to particularly mention Russ’ excellent service from day 1 till the final delivery of the repaired car.
