I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The entire team made what could have been a very stressful situation feel smooth and worry-free. From the beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and communicated clearly about the timeline and when my car would be ready, which I really appreciated. When I finally picked up my vehicle, the weather was extremely cold and my car’s battery had discharged. Without hesitation, the staff went out of their way to help me jumpstart my car. That extra level of care and customer service really stood out to me. It showed that they truly care about their customers even after the repair is complete.
