I already left this review when you folks asked via text, but here goes again. I was very happy with the work done by Caliber Collision on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, CA. Edgar was my adjuster, and he did a great job. Paula at the reception desk was always very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this location of Caliber.

When I got home after picking up my car, I opened the trunk to put a few things in. The latch caught. So I had to manually pull up the trunk lid to open it. It won’t swing open as it should. When I close the trunk lid I can hear (and feel) it catch. It seems odd to me that no one caught this when they were repairing. It definitely would have done this when they closed the trunk lid. Disappointing. I know you’ll fix it but that requires one more trip to the body shop.
