I was only happy with the promptness of the repair. My trunk does not open, which did close and open before taking to repair shop. There's also a border, wheel liner. ( do not know name) that was trimmed on the inside which should of NOT been cut off, and it is on both rear sides of the car. Now the area behind the tires is exposed, it covered behind the tires and has taken away the style my car had. Very disappointed and regret getting my car repaired here.

Customer service was not great, especially the front desk personel who would speak and look down or away making it difficult ot hear and understand whatever she was communicating. I held my patience to not be rude. The advisor who took care of the estimate greeted me well when I took my car for the visual estimate then took it a few days later to drop it off, also greeted me well, I handed him my keys. I waited inside the shop, saw him walk back in and didn't get any communication from him having me wonder if I was set or given any information besides the paperwork the desk personnel provided.

They liaised with enterprise to ensure I had a rental why my car was being repaired, and they sent me frequency updates along to way to ensure I was aware of their progress and the potential date for which my car would be finished. I DROPPED MY JAW when I saw my repaired car, for it looked BRAND NEW and better than when I brought it to them. They also provided a complementary interior and exterior clean free of charge! I could not recommend them more.
