I was very impressed with Caliber. Great customer service, follow-up/updates, and got our car fixed long before estimated. I was even given a water bottle while I waited, and assisted with putting our car seat in when I picked up our car. Very positive experience all around!

Nancy at the front desk was super helpful with scheduling and answering questions. Even found my phone when I accidently left it in the office. Edgar Gonzales was also very good. Great experience.
